Glass Geeks was started in 2015 and Glo Geeks was born shortly after. I am delighted to introduce the founder of this thriving business, Shane Patrick Duffy. Over the years he has also been known as Squeegee Shane, or Glo Daddy Duffy, and Power Wash Pat.

Shane has a passion to serve folks and deliver exceptional service with unparalleled results. We joking say we are a customer service company that happens to clean windows and install lights.

With years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the importance, and the science, of Exterior detailing and everything lighting.

Entrepreneurship has always been in the DNA, although there are no business owners in the family tree.

The journey into the window cleaning and power washing industry began with a humble vision to take the Geek brand Nationwide, transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones.

We don't just say we're all about family, we really are. The 1st daughter of our leader, Spechelle is truly her name's sake, special. But don't expect her to smile for the camera because when she's on duty, she's strictly business. You won't find someone more committed and focused on the highest quality results for our clients.

Handy Randy Billingsley

It's hard to snap a pic of Randy because he's always in action. Born in Pittsburg, but raised in Georgia. Moved to SATX with his beautiful wife and children. Randy has an extensive background in what seems like everything. There is nothing he can not fix. He loves working with his hands and camping on the beach. He's a stone cold problem solver.

Jason 'J-Suds' Rhodes

J-Suds (He dislikes his team nickname) is our Territory Manager and has been a solid member of the team since 2021. He’s passionate about helping clients, very likable and very thorough. He is from San Antonio and lived in Florida for a bit while managing CVS locations. Jason enjoys photography, shooting guns and hanging with his family.

Cord Brown

He is a homesteader and an “off the grid” living enthusiast. Cord enjoys tending to his bee farm, improving his property, off roading, and spending time with his wife and newborn child. Fun fact, he was also a professional downhill long-boarder! Cord is one of those rare breeds that have skills and knowledge in just about every trade you can think of. You’ll be in good hands with him.

Gavino the Great

Operations Manager: Gavin is also an operations manager and has been on the team since 2021. He is the self proclaimed fastest squeegee on the team and fearless with heights. He has a servant's heart and everyone loves him. Gavin was raised on a ranch, went to Central Catholic HS and is no stranger to hard work.

Gray Garner

The tallest member of our crew. He likes going to the gun range, modifying his car, spending time with his girlfriend. He is beloved by our clients and always has positive attitude. Gray will go above and beyond to make your home shine ✨

Jaden Duffy

The eldest of the Duffy clan's progeny, Jaden is a golden boy not because he's the owner's son but because he's a man of honor and integrity. Always living the values of the GEEKS and ready to blow your mind with how clean we can make your property. Oh, and he was on Smithson Valley's Varsity Football Team in his freshman year. A certified stud.
