Glass Geeks was started in 2015 and Glo Geeks was born shortly after. I am delighted to introduce the founder of this thriving business, Shane Patrick Duffy. Over the years he has also been known as Squeegee Shane, or Glo Daddy Duffy, and Power Wash Pat.

Shane has a passion to serve folks and deliver exceptional service with unparalleled results. We joking say we are a customer service company that happens to clean windows and install lights.

With years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the importance, and the science, of Exterior detailing and everything lighting.

Our Geek Family

Entrepreneurship has always been in the DNA, although there are no business owners in the family tree.

The journey into the window cleaning and power washing industry began with a humble vision to take the Geek brand Nationwide, transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones.

We Couldn’t Do It Without Them

Rachel 'The Homie Gomie' Gomez

Some might refer to her as the Mama Geek, or the MOF director (Master Of Fun). She has held the reins to the Geek Headquarters since 2019 and keeps everything admin running smoothly. She loves music, concerts, BBQ'n, laughing, playing in the dirt and has an extensive collection of arrowheads.

Handy Randy Billingsley

Born in Pittsburg, but raised in Georgia. He moved to the San Antonio area in 2022 and joined the Geeks. Randy is married and his family Nickname is sexy face (Not sure why but we roll with it). Randy has an extensive background in what seems like everything. There is nothing he can not fix. He loves working with his hands and camping on the beach.

Jason 'J-Suds' Rhodes

J-Suds (He dislikes his team nickname) is our Territory Manager and has been a solid member of the team since 2021. He’s passionate about helping clients, very likable and very thorough. He is from San Antonio and lived in Florida for a bit while managing CVS locations. Jason enjoys photography, shooting guns and hanging with his family.

Nick 'The Stick' Vanburen

Nick is our Operations Manager, has been on the team since 2019 and is highly trained in Exterior Detailing. He's passionate about his craft and is a descendant of the 8th president, Martin Van Buren. He'll be with you beginning to end on your cleaning project. Nick is a certified mechanic and enjoys photography, shooting guns, making his own bullets and beer, scuba diving and hanging with his family.

Gavino the Great

Operations Manager
Gavin is also an operations manager and has been on the team since 2021. He is the self proclaimed fastest squeegee on the team and fearless with heights. He has a servant's heart and everyone loves him. Gavin was raised on a ranch, went to Reagan HS and is no stranger to hard work. He enjoys working out and hanging with his girlfriend

Scottish Mike

Born in the soft grassy foothills of the Scotland slums. His only passion is working and collecting Milwaukee tools. Mike genuinely loves serving our clients and creating masterpieces. He's a carpenter, a master craftsman, and minimalist. He's the rock that makes our lighting designs uniquely spectacular. Mike is our head installer for our Christmas light installations and other brand, GloGeeks.
